The Algarve Oncological Association (AOA) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1994, dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and support of cancer patients in the Algarve region. AOA's mission is to promote the health and well-being of patients and their families, offering essential services such as psychological support, transport for treatments, awareness campaigns, screenings and research projects. Through partnerships with public and private entities, AOA works to improve the quality of life of people affected by cancer, providing continuous and specialized support.
At Amarca, we had the privilege of creating the communication design for the MOVE TAVIRA event in collaboration with the Algarve Oncology Association (AOA). Our team worked with the organisers to create a distinctive and engaging design that captured the energy and spirit of the initiative while maintaining the identity of the association and showcasing its location as a beautiful backdrop so characteristic of the city of Tavira. MOVE TAVIRA is an event that unites the local community around a topical issue, raising awareness of the importance of cancer prevention.
